What is a PaintNite.com Pass?

A PaintNite.com Pass is a voucher that is good in exchange for the ticket price of our many experiences. PaintNite.com Passes can be used to book any standard public event, for any experience type (Paint, Plant, Design A Sign, etc) within 6 months of purchase. Taxes and additional experience fee may be due at the time of redemption.

How does it work?

Once you purchase your PaintNite.com Passes you will receive one redemption code per PaintNite.com Pass. The code is entered as a voucher at checkout on PaintNite.com. Be sure to select "apply" after entering each code separately. After your PaintNite.com Pass is applied, the value will be deducted from the total balance due. For any remaining balance, such as taxes or experience fee, enter your payment information to complete the order.

If the experience you select costs less than the value of your PaintNite.com Pass, you will receive a new code with the remaining value. This can be applied to as a discount to a future ticket. 

Once purchased, Passes can be redeemed towards any standard event for any experience- Paint, Plant, Flower, Uke, Candle, You name it!

PaintNite.com Passes can be redeemed, together, or individually. There is no limit on how soon or how many tickets can be reserved using our PaintNite.com Passes in each event.

Can I Gift the PaintNite.com Pass?

Absolutely! you can have the PaintNite.com Pass sent directly to the recipients inbox at checkout. If you prefer to gift in person leave the recipients email blank at checkout. The Pass code will be sent to your inbox and you can print the PDF below and enter the PaintNite.com Pass Code, just be sure to copy it exactly.

Does my Pass expire?

The promotional value of your PaintNite.com Pass does expire 6 months from the date of purchase. The paid value of your pass does not expire. (For example, if you purchased your pass for $20.00, once it expires, your voucher will now only be valid to take $20.00 off of one standard event ticket.) We are unable to extend  the expiration date of a PaintNite.com Pass. A PaintNite.com pass cannot be combined with any other discounts. An expired PaintNite.com Pass cannot be redeemed towards a new PaintNite.com Pass. 

Restrictions/ Additional Fees

PaintNite.com Passes cannot be used to book to Private, Special or Fundraising events. If an event does not accept PaintNite.com Passes, the message "Promo codes/Vouchers not accepted for this event" will be displayed on the event details page.

PaintNite.com Passes cannot be used to purchase other PaintNite.com Passes. PaintNite.com Passes can only be redeemed towards an event. 

The taxes owed on your experience will be collected at the time of your ticket purchase. Depending on the tax laws and regulations in the event location, your purchase may be subject to tax.

Can I return my Pass?

No, you may not return or cancel your PaintNite.com Pass once it is purchased. 

The Fine Print

• Valid only in the country purchased for (US or Canada)

• Additional fees may apply for materials, special events, and events in certain markets.

• PaintNite.com Passes must be redeemed online prior to an event.

• Upon any redemption less than pass value, a coupon for the remaining balance will be emailed to you.

• Promotional value expires after six months; paid amount never expires and cannot be combined with other discounts.
